Amna Minhas, a research associate at the Radulescu Lab, is deeply passionate about pediatric surgery and committed to addressing the disparities in surgical care for underserved populations. With a strong desire to become a pediatric surgeon, she is driven by the belief that every child, regardless of geography or socioeconomic status, deserves access to safe, timely, and effective surgical care. At the Radulescu lab, she is involved in basic science research using animal models to study NEC and therapies focused on improving outcomes among affected neonates.
