With great enthusiasm and a renewed sense of building a strong collaboration with Scheer Memorial Hospital our team returned to Nepal in July of 2025. As in the past this was possible with our collaboration with Loma Linda University Students for International Mission Service (SIMS) who provided all the logistical aspect of this trip. During the one week time we were there, we provided surgical care for 30 patients and collaborated with local surgeons on numerous complex cases. Special thanks for the local team of surgeons who care for the pediatric population in the area, the leadership of the hospital and also for Dr.Bal from Kathmandu who joined us and made GPSA team feel at home.
